Our main goal is to offer the best possible service to our customers and to provide footwear that truly meets their expectations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may exchange the size, colour or model purchased within 30 days (provided the price is equal to or greater). The customer returns the item at their own expense – we recommend registered mail services – and the new shipment will be covered by us.
International shipping costs will not be covered by Sapataria do Carmo.
Return
Any purchase made at Sapataria do Carmo can be freely returned by the User within 30 working days from the moment the order was received.
The return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Sapataria do Carmo and can be done via email: geral@sapatariadocarmo.com or directly at our physical stores.
Sapataria do Carmo will refund the full value of the shoes, but without shipping costs.
The shoes must not have been worn and must retain their original characteristics, manufacturer's box, and tags.
Shopping Guide
To make a purchase on our website, simply add the product(s) you wish to order to your shopping cart. Ideally, you should register on our website www.sapatariadocarmo.com, providing the requested information (by entering an email and password combination chosen at the time of registration).
Purchases on the website www.sapatariadocarmo.com can also be made without registration, but the user must provide all necessary information for the purchasing process to be completed successfully.
The final order confirmation signifies full and complete acceptance of the prices and shoe description. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user.
Stock Availability
If your size is not available, please contact us!
When the desired shoes are in stock, they can be shipped on the same day or the day after payment confirmation (valid for working days). If the shoes are not available and payment has been made, we will contact you through your account (Login) to inform you about the production time needed.
