How to Buy
Registering on the website is always an advantage, as your shipping data and order records are saved, and you can also access the status of your order. However, registration is not mandatory to make a purchase.
Yes. All orders can be picked up at the store. However, for payments made with a Credit Card, it is always necessary to wait at least 48 hours for the transaction to be approved by the bank.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Express.
Our shipments are express shipments.
For mainland Portugal, shipments are made via the carrier MRW and take 24h*. For the islands, shipments are made via CTT and can take between 24h/72h. All national shipments are free of charge.
For Europe, shipments are made with the carrier UPS or DHL Express and take 24h/48h*. The cost is €25 (price for one or more pairs, provided they are sent to the same address).
Outside Europe, we ship via UPS or DHL Express and it takes 3-5 days*. The cost is €35 for USA & Canada and €45 for the Rest of the World (price for one or more pairs, provided they are sent to the same address).
* There may be delays, on the part of the carriers, beyond Sapataria do Carmo's control.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email upon dispatch with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

All prices for @sapatariadocarmo products listed on the website https://www.sapatariadocarmo.com include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 23%.
For NON-EU countries: PLEASE NOTE that upon receiving your order you may have to pay taxes corresponding to the destination country.
No. Only one discount code per purchase. These promotional codes are also not cumulative with other current discounts and/or promotions.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours and via geral@sapatariadocarmo.com, as our express deliveries are often dispatched on the same day of purchase.
Exchanges within 30 days. The customer returns the item at their own expense – we recommend registered mail services – and the new shipment will be covered by us.
It is always possible to exchange the item for another or return it if it does not meet expectations. For this, it is essential that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, without any signs of use and/or other defects. In cases where the exchange is for a lower value than the original, we will refund the difference. Returns must be accompanied by the purchase receipt within a maximum of 30 days.
Depending on the situation, a maximum of 20 business days, after receipt of the item.
All items customised to the customer's taste cannot be returned.
Product & Sizes
