To understand that this process is perfectly feasible and adaptable, many of our models are pre-customised and meticulously designed to suit our customers' tastes and comfort, always taking into account trends and excellent materials.
We can say that the most requested customisation involves a simple colour change. Often the model is not in doubt, but the customer would opt for another colour and/or shade. In this regard, Sapataria do Carmo offers a wide variety of leather/fabric/suede samples in many different colours in all its stores.
Changes in shape or soles are also a great need for those with wider or more elegant feet. Small adjustments can be made to provide greater comfort for your feet.
It is important to understand that in-store assistance is essential for us to understand which type of model and/or shape best suits your foot. And for that, there is nothing better than trying them on and also understanding what the ideal size will be – as we often tell our customers, "we don't fit numbers, but shapes!"

After all the details have been aligned, it is important to know that confirmation from the factory is required, both in terms of material availability and its own design. The design time for a pair of customised shoes takes between three and four weeks. The cost of this service will always be available upon request.
