Do I have to register to make a purchase?

Registration is always an advantage, because your shipping and order details are saved and this allows you to check your order status. However, registration is not mandatory.

Sapataria do Carmo ships worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide através de FedEx Express or DHL Express

What are the delivery times and costs?

Our shipping is express shipping.

Shipping is free for Mainland Portugal and Islands and takes 24h/48h*.

Shipping for the EU is made via FedEx Express or DHL Express and takes 24h/48h*. Shipping costs are 20€.

Shipping outside the EU is made via FedEx Express or DHL Express and takes 3-6 days*. Shipping costs vary depending on the country or area – Make your purchase simulation on our website and in the checkout to see the final price.

* delays may occur on the part of the carrier for which Sapataria do Carmo is not responsible.

Can I pick my order at the store?

Yes. All orders can be picked at the store. However, for payments made using Credit Card, it is always necessary to wait at least 48H until the transaction is approved by the bank.

What is the international pricing policy?

@sapatariadocarmo has the following sales policy for the NON-U.E countries price without VAT tax  – 23% automatically subtracted from the shopping cart, when adding the shipping address.

Attention: upon receiving the order, the customer will pay fees corresponding to the country of destination!

What are the payment methods?

  • Bank transfer (request this method by e-mail).
  • ATM – when selecting this option, you will receive an entity and reference to pay using any ATM machine or your online banking platform.
  • MBWAY.
  • Credit card: MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA (American express is not available)

How can I track my order?

Following your purchase, you will receive an e-mail informing about shipping with a tracking number so that you can follow the shipping.

Can I change or cancel my purchase?

Cancellation is only possible within 24H and via [email protected], because we use express shipping and products are often shipped on the same day they are purchased.

Can I exchange or return?

You can always exchange an item for other or return the item if it does not meet your expectations. To that end, the product must be in the same conditions of when you received it, without any signs of use and/or other defects. Where the price of the new product is lower than the price of the first product, we will refund the difference.

How long does a return take?

Depending on the situation, a maximum of 20 business days.

Which size should I choose in case of doubt?

Can I use two discount codes when finalizing my purchase?

No. You can only use one discount code per purchase. This promotional code cannot be used with other discounts and/or promotions in force.

Can I buy a product that is out of stock?

Yes! The only thing we need to get is confirmation from the factory saying that they have all materials required to manufacture such product. In that case, please contact us to [email protected]

Can I return a customised product?

Customised products made according to customer’s requirements cannot be returned.
