How To Buy

1. To make a purchase on our website you simply have to add the product(s) you want to order to the shopping basket. The ideal is to register on our website www.sapatariadocarmo.com providing the information requested (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen at the time of registration).

The purchase on the website www.sapatariadocarmo.com can also be carried out without registration, but the user must provide all the information necessary for a good fulfilment of the purchase process.

2. The final confirmation of order is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the shoes. The details on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the user.

General Information

When the required shoes are available in stock, they can be shipped on the same day or the following day after payment confirmation (valid for business days). If the shoes are not available and the payment has been made, we will contact you through your account (Login) to inform about the time required for production. You always have the possibility to withdraw your order and recover in full the amount previously paid.

Payment will be made through Easypay - a unique electronic payment platform: ATM, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and bank transfers. It is a safe and authorized platform by the Portuguese financial authorities.

Credit card: The value of your purchase will be reserved in your bank account by being "on hold" ("Authorized by the Bank"). The value will then be charged after confirmation of the existence of the order in the stock and one day later will proceed to the expedition of the same. Availability in stock

In order to deliver safely, fast and reliable, we do our shipments through express couriers, which deliver worldwide in a few days.

Portugal and Islands

CTT, delivery in 1 or 2 business days - FREE

European continent, including the EU

DHL Courier Express, delivery in 1 or 2 business days.

USA and Canada

DHL Courier Express ships in 3 to 4 business days.

Rest of the world

DHL Courier Express ships in 4 to 5 business days.

If 2 pairs of shoes or more are ordered outside Portugal, the additional cost of delivery is 10 (ten) euros. Example: in the shopping basket are 3 pairs of shoes - Canada - the total cost of transportation is 35 (thirty-five) euros. Note: there are situations such as "remote zones" and " custom process" that may delay the above ranges. Always check our Terms & Conditions page.

Returns & Exchanges

Our main objective is to offer the best possible service to our customers and provide the sale of footwear that truly matches the customer's expectations.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can exchange an acquired model with a new one or change the size if it has not been bought the right size. In Portugal and islands, you can always count on free transportation. Regarding the costs of sending abroad, they will not be supported by Sapataria do Carmo.

The user of Sapataria do Carmo can always return the shoes to us while Sapataria do Carmo will refund the entire value of the shoes, but without shipping costs. The maximum return period for the shoes is 14 days from the moment you received the shoes at your delivery address. The return must be submitted through: encomendas@sapatariadocarmo.com or geral@sapatariadocarmo.com.

Note: The shoes have to be tried on a smooth surface, preferably at home, so as not to scratch the soles. Take special care of the way you pack your shoes in the box so that they arrive in perfect condition at our store.
